Kung Fu (Wing Chun) teaches self-defence:
Sifu Sergio's unique Kung Fu teaches two forms of self-defence.

One is physical :- You will improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health. Additionally, you will learn to strike with tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully, you will never need to fight. . .but should the occasion arise, shouldn't everyone know how to protect themselves?

The second form is internal: Through our special RFP (ritual fight program) our students learn to spot danger and avoid dangerous people, places and activities. This second form of self-defence is perhaps the most valuable of the two.

I've done other Kung Fu for several years. Found this school on the internet. I like the logic and simplicity, the sheer effectiveness of this Kung Fu system. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, I see the changes also more and more in my daily life.

Kung Fu (Wing Chun)

Kung Fu teaches you to control your life in a relaxed atmosphere, for young and old - with and without weapons!

A brief history!

Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art which originated from the famous southern Shaolin temple. Different training halls in the temple were called Wing Chun Dim (Eternal Spring Hall), the styles in the following generations were named after these halls, that is Wing Chun Kuen (Eternal Spring Fist). For generations after the burn down of the Shaolin temple, the style was passed on in secret. In the fifties the system became open to the regular public in Hong Kong.

Originally, the martial arts were created in order to preserve life through self defence. Nowadays, people come from a variety of backgrounds, all with their own reasons for wanting to train. Some want to learn how to defend themselves, some wish to improve fitness, some wish to learn the art, whilst others just want to have fun. Whatever your motivation for taking up a martial art, the Kung Fu system can fulfil any criteria.
Kung Fu is a vehicle for physical, mental, personal, and emotional development.

Goals play an important part of our training, whether they are short term goals that differ from lesson to lesson or long term goals which may take years to complete, even a dream of becoming an instructor can become a reality with consistent, progressive training and the support of our instructor team.

We understand how daunting it may be to walk through the door for the first time so we are pleased to let you know that the all our classes are renowned for their relaxed atmosphere.

We encourage students of all grades to work with each other as well as targeted learning within your ability level, this will allow you to learn from those more experienced than yourselves but to also practice what you have learnt in a structured environment.

There are many benefits of martial arts training with all the students at our academy having a mixture of reasons why they joined - one thing in common is that by training they reach their goals and have a unique and positive influence in their life that was not there before.
