Kung Fu (Wing Chun) teaches self-defence:
Sifu Sergio's unique Kung Fu teaches two forms of self-defence.
One is physical :- You will improve your strength, flexibility, and overall health. Additionally, you will learn to strike with tremendous power and effectiveness. Hopefully, you will never need to fight. . .but should the occasion arise, shouldn't everyone know how to protect themselves?
The second form is internal: Through our special RFP (ritual fight program) our students learn to spot danger and avoid dangerous people, places and activities. This second form of self-defence is perhaps the most valuable of the two.
I've done other Kung Fu for several years. Found this school on the internet. I like the logic and simplicity, the sheer effectiveness of this Kung Fu system. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, I see the changes also more and more in my daily life.

A brief history!
Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art which originated from the famous southern Shaolin temple. Different training halls in the temple were called Wing Chun Dim (Eternal Spring Hall), the styles in the following generations were named after these halls, that is Wing Chun Kuen (Eternal Spring Fist). For generations after the burn down of the Shaolin temple, the style was passed on in secret. In the fifties the system became open to the regular public in Hong Kong.
